Peple develops technologies and services that help people connect, build communities, and grow businesses. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Peple including our websites, features, services, technologies, and software.

These Products are provided by Peple technologies pvt ltd., and by using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not access or use Facebook or any other services covered under these Terms.

Previously known as the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, these Terms supersede all prior agreements between you and Peple regarding the use of our Products.

Use of Peple Services & Advertising

We do not charge users for Peple or other services covered under these Terms unless explicitly stated otherwise. Instead, businesses, organizations, and advertisers pay Peple to display ads. By using our Products, you agree that we may show personalized ads based on your interests and activity.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. Additionally, we do not share directly identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or contact details) unless you explicitly consent. Instead, advertisers specify the type of audience they want to reach, and we display their ads to users who may be interested. Advertisers receive reports on ad performance but do not gain access to your personal information.

To learn more about personalized advertising, refer to Section 2 of these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your data. You can also manage your privacy preferences at any time through the settings of the relevant Peple Product.

To provide our services, we require specific permissions from you:

1. Ownership of Your Content

You retain ownership of your intellectual property, including copyrights and trademarks, for any content you create and share on Facebook or other Peple Products. These Terms do not take away your rights to your own content. You are free to share it elsewhere.

However, to operate our services, you grant Peple a legal license to use your content as described below.

2. License to Use Content You Share

Additional Provisions

4.1 Updates to Our Terms

We continuously enhance our services and introduce new features to improve our Products and community experience. As part of this process, we may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, ensure platform security, and comply with applicable laws.

We make changes only when necessary—if a provision becomes outdated, incomplete, or requires modification for security or legal reasons.

If an update is made, we will notify you (via email or within our Products) at least 30 days in advance, unless the change is required by law. After the updated Terms take effect, your continued use of our Products means you agree to them.

4.2 Account Suspension or Termination

We strive to maintain a safe and welcoming environment where users can freely express themselves.

However, we may suspend or permanently disable your account if:

We are committed to providing high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee that our Products will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

We do not control user-generated content, and we are not responsible for what people post, say, or do—including offensive, illegal, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law. Under no circumstances will Peple be liable for:

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory involved, including negligence, even if we were aware that such damages were possible.

4.5 Miscellaneous Provisions

Supplemental Terms

Certain Peple Products are subject to additional terms, which become part of this agreement when you use them. These include:

If supplemental terms conflict with these Terms, the supplemental terms will take precedence.

Severability Clause

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be valid. If modification is not possible, that portion will be removed, while the remaining provisions will stay in effect.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights. Any modifications or waivers must be in writing and signed by Peple.

Account Transfer Restrictions

You cannot transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our prior consent.

Legacy Contacts & Account Management

You may designate a legacy contact to manage your account if it is memorialized after your passing.

If enabled in your settings, only your legacy contact or a legally authorized individual (such as someone named in a valid will) can request limited access to your account data.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not grant rights to any third-party beneficiaries. All of Peple’s rights and obligations under these Terms are freely transferable in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
